GENERAL INTRODUCTION

Tetrabromobisphenol A is the brominated flame retardant with the largest production and consumption in the world. It is mainly a reactive Brominated flame retardant covalently combined with polymer structure. It is used in electronic and electrical products and is one of the main flame retardant products used in printed circuit board laminates. Compared with additive flame retardants, it is less likely to be released into the environment. Tetrabromobisphenol A is also used to produce circuit board polymers.
